Shipping policy

Delivery areas

We deliver to all seven Emirates of the United Arab Emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain.

Delivery time

Orders are delivered within 2–4 working days after confirmation. Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays are processed on the next working day. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Delivery charges

Delivery is free on all orders within the UAE.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across the UAE. Our team may call or message you to confirm your order before dispatch. Please keep the exact amount ready when the courier arrives.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details by email or SMS.

Failed deliveries

If the courier cannot reach you after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us and cancelled. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct at checkout.
